About

We learn, grow, and work through life’s problems within the context of our relationships. I am trained to treat emotional challenges and behavioral problems within the context of marriage, couples, and family systems. Whether it is the lack of support from our parents or our partners, unresolved trauma, persistent anxiety or depression, or the desire to live more authentically with those closest to us, embarking on a path toward healing is a courageous first step. As you embark on this path, you will learn to communicate more authentically, feel more centered, and develop multiple ways of dealing with life’s challenges.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I have over 10 years of experience as a professor, a clinical supervisor, and a researcher. I am committed to helping you create a space for open intimate dialogue to build intimacy, improve communication, and develop concrete skills to work through any challenge.
I specialize in treating infidelity, depression, anxiety, working with teenagers, substance abuse, stress, parenting skills, and identity issues. I will help you on your path toward healing. Give me a call for a free 15 minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.
