About

I am a Pediatric Psychologist, Parent Coach, and Board Certified in Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychology with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. I primarily provide services to adolescents and young adults experiencing acute and chronic medical conditions. I use various treatments to address individual and family concerns. I have worked in both the civilian and military settings and understand the specific needs of military families and their children. My practice offers Parent Coaching online and in person.
As a Pediatric Psychologist and Parent Coach, I have a passion for helping families adjust, adapt, and/or accept their current condition. Therapeutic interventions I have found most helpful in addressing these concerns include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Hypnosis.
I am passionate about what I do. The providers on my team care about what they do. I care about people and want the best for them. I have an easy-going, but direct therapeutic style. I offer online parent workshops. Two eBooks available: one for parents of children diagnosed with ADHD and one for helping parents eliminate tantrums. Go to www.anewdaysa.com.
