At Ashley Hampton Counseling it is my mission to provide an authentic and safe therapeutic environment in which women, teens and members of the LGBT community feel empowered to live the lives they long for and deserve. I find joy in helping others move past shame, trauma and self-doubt that have kept them stuck in a negative holding pattern.
I am committed to helping individuals from diverse cultures and communities feel accepted and understood. It is my hope that my clients feel as if they have finally found a judgment-free space where they can explore who they are, what they want out of life, and walk in the light of their glow.
