About

It is undeniable that 2020 was a year filled with surprises and losses. You may have lost your job, a loved one, a friend, or even your peace. I’d be lying if I said I know exactly what you are going through because the truth is only you know what you feel. 2020 exposed a lot of things, maybe what is most important to you, or maybe exposed some things from the past you thought you dealt with. Whatever this year was or wasn’t to you, can I tell you, you are not alone. Sometimes we need to be reminded that we aren’t the only ones that are struggling.
I am trained in tf-NLP which is a trauma-focused approach where I can help you overcome those past hurts that you once thought were buried. I will work alongside you as support and accountability in helping you achieve the goals that you have in this New Year.
Whether it’s your first time seeking counseling or your hundredth time I applaud you for simply coming to the conclusion that you need help. We all do and sometimes it is hard to admit that. If any of this resonates with you please do not hesitate to contact me, I look forward to walking alongside you.
