About

Have you found life harder to deal with during the pandemic? If you are struggling to find your life meaning, your voice in your relationships, or the courage to find your true self in your community it may be time to make positive changes in your life. My focus is to meet you, your partner or family where you are to address your needs and help facilitate the changes you’re wanting!
I have worked with persons with high functioning anxiety, quarter and mid-life crisis, adolescent parents, substance dependence, and comorbidities. Additionally, my experience in Dallas includes working with families of children with cognitive, behavioral, and developmental disorders.
What I find important is the many social systems and the individuals’ perspective of their involvement in their systems. I believe that human connection is an important aspect that contributes to mental, emotional, and social wellness. Contact me so we can start rebuilding and growth!
