About

I work with children, teens and adults experiencing stress at home, school or work. If your child or teen is struggling with temper tantrums, anxiety, low self-esteem, or anger outbursts, this could be their way of alerting you of a bigger problem. I provide play, sand tray, and art therapy techniques to help them express their feelings openly, learn healthy communication styles and develop coping mechanisms they can use often. I also enjoy working with adults that struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship problems. My goal is to educate and empower them to gain peace of mind.
I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals challenge negative thoughts and develop a healthy positive mindset. I use mindfulness to help you develop grounding techniques that keep you present. I use Brainspotting to help clients process unresolved trauma and release negative emotions, allowing them to heal and achieve calm in their life
I offer a warm and welcoming environment that’s free from judgment. If you need help dealing with a behavioral concern, or if you want to get your life back to where it used to be (happy, calm and at peace), feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss if I would be a good fit for you and your family. I look forward to hearing from you.
