About

Everyone could use a little more grace. Sometimes that grace requires seeking professional guidance and support. My approach is to meet a person at their level of comfort with therapy and collaborate with them to reach their goals.
I specialize in providing therapeutic services to individuals across the lifespan who are adjusting to life’s many transitions. I offer individual therapy to address anxiety, depression, insomnia, racial identity development, and other internalizing and externalizing behaviors.
Nearly every individual wants to be understood and supported. I believe in taking a strengths-based approach and working to further your strengths to improve areas of difficulty within your life. Seeking support is a sign of strength and it would be a privilege to assist you in striving towards a better version of you.
