Christy is a Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working with people within varying settings, across the human spectrum. She brings over a decade of experience working with vulnerable children, survivors of gender-based violence, and immigrant youth. Her work includes, but is not limited to, symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation issues.
Christy offers an approachable, collaborative, nonjudgmental, and adaptive therapeutic style, drawing from CBT and Person-Centered therapies. Her hope for each client is that they feel supported, comfortable and safe during the their unique therapeutic journey.
