About

You should never feel ashamed for seeking therapy. Life can throw curve balls that may require assistance in handling such as finances, career change, fear, loss and grief, family adjustments, concerns with intimacy, communication, and much more. My role is to ensure your comfort in therapy through listening, support, and collaboration as we embark on a journey of recovery and healing. I know life can be challenging as I have experienced miscarriage and stillbirth and know the toll external stress can take on a relationship. Through the use of infertility training and Gottman, I hope to help you heal the wounds and your marriage.
We are all different and our perspectives are important and valid. By using Gottman Couples Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, and Narrative Therapy, we will uncover an integrative approach in which you feel comfortable to address any undesired behavior, thought patterns, and actions that may be hindering your progression through life.
In therapy, we will make an individualized growth plan to tackle your concerns through mediation and reconciliation. I work primarily with couples, families, adults, and adolescents who encounter concerns with communication, emotional distress and difficulties with relationship trauma, connection, and growth. Let us work together in growing towards healing.
