About

I seek to offer a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic space, which inspires all to be comfortable and confident in their uninhibited self expression. To speak freely, reflect upon thoughts, emotions and troubles openly and to engage in a profound process of healing that is both restorative and informative. Whether addressing historical trauma, working through current challenges or exploring new possibilities, I look forward to providing support and encouragement as you work towards your goals.
Person centered care is the foundation of my clinical philosophy. The establishment of a therapeutic bond based on trust, respect and mutual understanding is essential. Collectively we will identify and analyze areas of concern, then design a unique, personal plan of care that involves evidence based methods to encourage holistic healing and lasting results.
I am available to work with individuals, couples, groups, and families on a wide range of issues including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, anger management, substance use and adjustment difficulties. I specialize in the utilization of psychodynamic theory and treatment modalities that are personalized to you.
