Establishing trust is essential for counseling and building a therapeutic alliance. At times during the building of this alliance, you may come to feel the most vulnerable. It will be at those times, you will have my most attention. Transparency is highly regarded so much that I want to assist future clinicians learn effective counseling skills but more importantly learn how to listen with not only their ears. Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision. Also, possess license as a a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. In addition, I have completed 40-Hr Domestic Violence Training and soon will test to become a Certified Domestic Violence Professional. Our upcoming meeting is a day that is already being looking forward to and I am excited about. The lens that I practice from is holistic; mind, body and spirit (to the individual comfort level) and I welcome your individuality; gender, sexuality, and sexual orientation. The first thing I want you to already know about me is I am fully aware and I want you to embrace yourself as being the expert.
