About

My name is Dr. Kimberly Patterson, I hold a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S). I’m also a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC), and advocate of social change. My diverse professional, spiritual, and personal experiences bring a feminist, holistic, and eclectic perspective in working with clients and families. I have experience with college mentoring, career counseling, transitioning, mental health educational workshops, and group counseling. In my career endeavors, I had the opportunity to conduct client-centered anger management therapy and individual counseling to clients in residential treatment facilities.
Impact Counseling and Wellness Education is committed to the safety and well-being of her clients. With confirmed cases of COVID-19 coronavirus in Texas, I’m strictly following the guidance and recommendations set out by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Harris County Health and Human Services.
I will be providing counseling in office as usual and also offer tele-counseling. For clients who are unable or who have a concern coming to the office for counseling, tele-counseling is available using your phone or electronic device. Clients may have their counseling session over the phone or via video through my HIPAA compliant MyClientPlus portal
