About

Mental health is not limited to having a diagnosis or being labeled, it is about our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Checking in with yourself about how you are feeling, learning about ways to manage negative symptoms or experiences, and accessing support around you are all great ways to stay mentally healthy. I use an array of clinical and wholistic wellness tools to empower and support my clients including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Breath work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and TFCBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and The Afrocentric Perspective, among others.
I hope to assist adolescents and young adults (ages 15-25) with navigating difficult transitions, managing anxiety, and overcoming depression. Specialty Areas: Interpersonal Skills Coaching, Anxiety & Stress Management, Self-Care for Young Professionals, Aggression Management, Self-Talk, Youth involved in the justice system, and Life Coaching.
If you’re ready to elevate your energy and ground your mind with real conversations that inspire real behavior change please email me so we can set up your first session.
