About

***Currently 4-6 weeks waitlist*** It is my goal to create a safe environment to facilitate personal growth and healing. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to my client’s specific needs. Together we can find a solution. My passion involves working with children and families to assist them with acknowledgement of their strengths and feelings, filtering through negative messages that can affect self-esteem, and encouraging growth experiences.
Lindsey Wilder has experience working with children, teens and adult struggling with mental health issues, developmental disabilities, polysubstance abuse, teen pregnancy, adoptee issues, sexuality, learning disabilities, trauma, social skills, teen parents support, grief and phase-of-life changes.
I meet with people where they are in terms of their readiness to change. I incorporate a strength-based & client-centered approach, enhancing the level of motivation for personal growth. I believe that everyone can change when provided with an empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate and safe environment. Clinical supervision rates $50per hr
