About

In life some days are better than others and finding non-judgmental, and genuine support can be difficult. Counseling is a safe place for you to work on specific issues such as increasing self-awareness, gaining awareness of present experiences and actions, and becoming a more authentic version of self. I believe that all individuals have within themselves the capacity for growth through examining and resolving unfinished past concerns, increasing awareness and understanding, and achieving adaptive wellbeing in the present.
My best interest is always with the client. I have experience in providing group and individual counseling services to diverse populations (including adolescence, adults, children and affirmative therapy to LGBTQ clients)with a variety of presenting concerns such as but are not limited to: life transtions, self-esteem, gender identity, depression & anxiety.
During your journey of growth, we will work together to distinguish which goals of counseling will best help you resolve existing concerns. While using a holistic approach, it is my hope, to empower each individual I encounter. (Gestalt, CBT, Talk Therapy , & Mindfulness) If you feel that I am not the best fit for you, I will provide additional resources.
