About

My prior clientele have expressed concerns related to a variety of challenges including: Depression, Anxiety, Substance use disorder, suicidal ideations, childhood trauma, PTSD, familial issues, life stressors, dual diagnosis, grief and loss, major life changes, immigration concerns, and women’s issues. I specialize in working with individuals presenting with symptoms of both anxiety and depression. As a therapist I believe that client-centered goals are an imperative part of therapy. I know the importance of meeting each client where they are at and providing realistic yet goal oriented tools, tailored to each individual’s needs.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including: Client-Centered Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to address concerns and develop a treatment plan together to ensure your specific goals are addressed.
I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is the first step to ensuring the maximum growth of each client. I understand that seeking therapeutic services is not always an easy choice, but my goal is to provide a “safe and nurturing” environment for clients to feel comfortable and work towards a resolution. I look forward to working with you
