About

I SEE YOU! & YOU MATTER! “Boundaries are the cornerstone of a happy existence.” – Elizabeth Rider, I totally agree and will help you with yours. I think everyone can utilize a crash course in goals, self-respect, coping skills and boundaries in order to live the kind of life that meets your needs and allows you to turn dreams, into reality! I think outside of the box and use creative alternatives like expressive arts therapy, movement therapy, music and scream therapy. Although laughter is still the best medicine; so is a good cry or scream and feeling like you have a voice that’s heard. I will teach you to VALIDATE YOURSELF!
I have provided individual, group, couples, and family counseling since 2006 and specialize in culture and sexuality which makes working with the LGBTQIA community especially enjoyable for me. I enjoy facilitating groups in order to give a more clear and well-rounded perspective on emotions, social interactions and functionality in daily life.
I’ve worked with adolescents, co-occurring diagnoses, crisis teams, SMI adults & in involuntary treatment. I love to cook and workout almost daily and am often characterized as extroverted, open, positive, fluid, and accepting. I seek to motivate others to be important to themselves, to celebrate diversity, and to never settle for less than what is deserved.
