About

I am aware of the bravery it takes to acknowledge and take steps to reach out for help and I applaud you. I believe that as we engage in the process of awareness and healing we can conquer life’s challenges and thrive. I serve individuals, couples, and families struggling with relational difficulties, anxiety, depression, adjustment, inattention/poor organization, and cultural diversity-related concerns. I also work with athletes, professionals, and executives on addressing various issues including emotional regulation, anxiety, work/life balance, coping with unique stressors, as well as the impact of cultural diversity issues.
My style is warm, empathic, and collaborative. I use an integrative approach which allows me to honor and tailor treatment to your unique concerns and needs. I also specialize in (adult and child) psychological assessment and consulting with parents and schools on meeting students’ needs to facilitate academic success. I also offer supervision services.
I am dedicated to assisting you to heal, develop coping skills, and ultimately grow in your ability to navigate life’s challenges and excel in all areas of life. I am a Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. I am also an adjunct faculty member at Chestnut Hill College in the Clinical and Counseling Psychology Master’s Program.
