About

I approach each client as a whole person and strive to create a collaborative relationship where there is room for both problem-solving approaches and insight-oriented, transformative therapy. My graduate training emphasized cognitive-behavioral approaches to addressing mental health issues and I have enhanced those skills through additional training in psychodynamic and relational therapy. I provide individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults. I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds and am comfortable addressing issues of anxiety, depression, “coming out” and racial identity.
I also provide psychological and neuropsychological assessment for school-aged children through adults to evaluate a variety of emotional and neurocognitive problems including depression, learning disabilities, attention disorders and memory problems.
