About

*EVENING AND SATURDAY OPENINGS AVAILABLE* Do you feel like you are at a stuck point in your life? Do you have a desire to make changes, but feel unsure of where to begin? Or maybe you are in a period of transition and struggling to feel grounded. These are situations we all experience throughout life. They are part of the human experience, but that doesn’t make them easy to face by any means. As a therapist I believe that we all deserve to live meaningful, purposeful lives. Often it takes a team effort to get to that place, and that’s where I believe I can help.
I work with clients to support them in sharing their stories, identifying their values, and building skills to work towards their goals. I believe we all have parts of our identities that influence the ways we move through world and process experiences. In therapy I find it crucial to explore and affirm the parts of your identity that are salient to you.
I enjoy working with individuals experiencing a wide variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, acculturation, family of origin issues, transition to early adulthood, burnout, low self-esteem, and experiences of racism or oppression. If I sound like a therapist you would be interested in learning more about or working with, please contact me!
