About

I believe our lives are a result of the choices we’ve made or choices made on our behalf. I believe we choose our feelings and therefore can choose to feel differently and live differently. I believe we have a well of resources and strengths available but may need a little help recognizing, identifying, and using them in our lives.
I focus primarily on life transitions and change, women’s issues, and religious trauma.
I see counseling as more of a partnership. We join forces to explore and create, trust that healing is possible, and set a new course of direction tailored specifically for YOU! Let’s get started!!
